We are growing rapidly and looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused professional to support our strategic corporate partners and help deliver life-changing technology to healthcare providers around the world.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, overseeing everything from pricing quotes and order fulfillment to financial documentation and account coordination.

Manage and maintain accurate customer records and compliance documentation within secure customer portals.

Proactively communicate order status, including backorders, shipping discrepancies, returns, and credit activity, ensuring transparency and trust with key customers.

Partner closely with the Accounting team to resolve invoicing, billing, and payment questions efficiently and professionally.

Act as an escalation lead for urgent or high-visibility customer requests, collaborating directly with Purchasing, Leadership, and international manufacturing partners in Japan.

Conduct product research and coordinate cross-functionally with Technical Support, Sales, Operations, and global teams to accurately identify and support distributed medical device products.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as the organization evolves.

What You Bring

Hands‑on experience supporting customers through ERP systems and CRM platforms (ERP experience strongly preferred).

4+ years experience within corporate customer support within a manufacturer or distributor.

Solid understanding of domestic and international order processing and commercial transactions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools, including spreadsheet analysis, report development, and PDF creation.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.

Japanese language skills are a strong plus, particularly in a global business environment.
