As an Inside Account Executive your primary responsibility will be to learn and understand our company’s products, processes, and guidelines while actively contributing to generating new business relationships with mortgage brokers. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and helping us achieve our growth objectives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for generating new business relationships with mortgage brokers using our MIQ dialer system.
Essential Job Functions
Continuously participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills. Become proficient in understanding our lending products, guidelines, and pricing Learn the end-to-end loan origination process, including application, underwriting, closing, and funding Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, becoming their trusted point of contact. Actively seek out and identify potential new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to prospective mortgage brokers. Utilize the MIQ dialer system to proactively reach out to potential mortgage broker partners and generate new business relationships. Do you love to talk? Are you good on the phone? Competitive? Strong sales skills with a history of past success, B2B sales preferred. Mortgage-related experience preferred but not necessary. Excellent presentation skills Resourcefulness and excellent problem-solving skills. Detail orientation with strong organizational and follow-through skills The desire and ability to build and grow strong business relationships. Proactive and self-motivated Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential brokers to increase sales and expand lender’s growth. Manage sales pipeline, track broker interactions, and analyze sales performance. Meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the lender’s products. Experience
Proven experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a related field. A track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Compensation
Varies depending on your earned commissions on different loans you close. You will be working 40 hours per week in‑office and be paid minimum wage with a commission and Ramp schedule. We will explain these payouts in detail. Your effort = your success. Why you will love working at theLender
