Key Responsibilities

Required:

Receive, process, and monitor customer orders.

Communicate with sales and production to ensure customer expectations are met.

Maintain accurate records and manage change orders promptly.

Work with vendors to maintain material supply.

Provide coverage for team members as needed.

Preferred:

Leverage understanding of manufacturing capabilities.

Build strong customer relationships and handle unique requests confidently.

Position Requirements

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic math skills.

Reliable transportation.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person).

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Preferred:

Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.

Assertive personality—not afraid to pick up the phone and engage with customers.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Team & Reporting Structure

Join a team of three Sales Support Specialists supporting multiple sales representatives.

Reports to an operations leader with a dotted line to sales leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
