Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Preferred:
Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Assertive personality—not afraid to pick up the phone and engage with customers.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team & Reporting Structure
Join a team of three Sales Support Specialists supporting multiple sales representatives.
Reports to an operations leader with a dotted line to sales leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
