Customer Relationship Manager – Entry Level / College Students

About the Role We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to support and grow relationships with current and prospective clients. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing professional communication skills in a structured business environment.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

Assist clients with questions, onboarding, and general support

Track client interactions and update internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience

Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate

Strong verbal and written communication skills
