The Sales Manager must meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and by forecasting sales and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. In addition, the Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team members’ performance; resolves customer complaints; and helps with closings when necessary.
Experience with Stellantis is a plus!
Our ideal candidate has the following:
High School diploma or GED.
3+ years Automotive Sales Management experience.
Sales Experience with verifiable proof of meeting targets.
Confident and outgoing personality.
Professional appearance and great communication skills.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers that require commercial fleet vehicles.
Assists in prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts and retail consumers.
