What you’ll be doing...
Identifying, developing and qualifying leads within the territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold‑calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns and modern social‑selling techniques.
Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base.
Coordinating with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions.
Proactively establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
Effectively presenting and creating multi‑product solution opportunities.
Demonstrating a knowledgeable understanding of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions to promote and position products including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
Tracking and reporting progress through consistent use of a variety of sales‑force automation tools.
This position will support a sales territory that will require travel in and around the St George, Cedar City, and Paragonah, Utah area. The majority of time will be spent out in the field for in‑person meetings and customer visits.
What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within the assigned geographic sales territory (expected travel up to approximately 50% of the time).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
Experience building and maintaining business relationships with all levels of client organization.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills to accomplish goals.
Ability to implement feedback and tailor approach for success.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree — associate or bachelor’s — or relevant certifications/college courses.
Two or more years of business‑to‑business or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.
Technology sales and educational experience such as SaaS sales, CRM, SalesForce or other client‑management tools, social media, etc.
Where you’ll be working In this mobile role, you’ll primarily work from customer or field location(s), with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in‑person training and meetings.
Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week.
