What you’ll be doing With your sales experience, ability to efficiently manage your time, excellent customer relations skills, and excitement for technology, you'll deliver outstanding and innovative business solutions that support our technology evolution and change the way businesses connect.
Identify, develop, and qualify leads within your territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead‑generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about innovative business solutions.
Proactively establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
Effectively present and create multi‑product solution opportunities.
Confidently demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of wireless, mobility, and integrated software solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms.
Track and report progress using sales force automation tools.
You'll earn a competitive salary that includes base pay and target individual‑based commission. Our commission program allows unlimited opportunity for top earners to exceed compensation plans. Compensation varies by geography and experience.
What we’re looking for We need a self‑motivated person who thrives on crafting the right solutions to solve client problems, explains complex technology in simple terms, excels at cold‑calling, and acts with integrity. You’ll be a collaborator who wins as a team.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience, including outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
Willingness to work in a mobile working model with up to 50% travel in your assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license.
Even better if you have:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or certifications/college courses.
Two or more years of B2B or outside sales experience with business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.
Technology sales experience, including SaaS, CRM, SalesForce, or other client management tools.
Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
Experience building and maintaining relationships at all levels of client organizations.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
Ability to implement feedback and tailor your approach for success.
