Come Join an Inclusive Team The EHS Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations related to environmental protection, employee health, and workplace safety.
A Day in the Life
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and fire protection regulations.
Maintain documentation and submit required reports to authorities.
Manage waste and water-related processes, including permits and legal records.
Conduct EHS training, audits, and accident investigations.
Monitor workplace safety and environmental standards, and implement corrective actions.
Cooperate with internal departments, external institutions, and inspection bodies.
Support ISO audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a safety culture and employee awareness.
Deputize for the EHS Coordinator when needed.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
You Bring This Value
Higher education in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Authorization to perform the functions of the occupational health and safety service in accordance with the regulation on the occupational health and safety service.
Solid knowledge of environmental protection and occupational health and safety regulations.
Languages: Fluent Polish, communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
Other Skills:
Ability to work independently and with determination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High efficiency and transparency in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
