Inside Sales Executive – Medical Device Manufacturing

Job Overview SkyWater Search Partners is seeking a Sales Executive for one of our top clients in the medical device space. A pioneer in their industry, the company was founded over 150 years ago and has a reputation for being the top of the line in their specialty. The manufacturer offers custom solutions for patients with a wide range of needs. Due to internal promotions and growth, the Director of Sales is looking for a high‑energy candidate to add to his already award‑winning sales team.

Responsibilities The Sales Executive will collaborate with Outside Sales Executives within their assigned territory to manage and grow the existing book of business. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, technology, and developing relationships with healthcare providers. A strong technical knowledge of medical device manufacturing and technology is preferred, but not required for the role.

Compensation & Benefits The position offers a hybrid work schedule, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ample opportunity for career advancement. Compensation range: $80,000-$150,000 per year.

Requirements This position requires 3 days a week onsite in their western metro office.
