About the Role Metro Mechanical is hiring entry‑level HVAC service technicians in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a full‑time role with steady year‑round work. You’ll work on commercial HVAC and light refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities & Schedule
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform preventive maintenance
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Work Monday to Friday
Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule
Qualifications
0–3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong work ethic, technical skills, and leadership qualities
Education Technical/other training or better in other.
