What You'll Do As a Property Maintenance Assistant, you'll support the daily upkeep and appearance of our senior living community. Working under the Maintenance Director, you'll:
Complete maintenance and repair requests for residents
Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building and grounds
Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and team members
No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills on the job.
What We're Looking For
Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys hands‑on work and staying active
Schedule
Full-time
Typically
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
