The
Qualified Medication Aide/QMA
administers medications and performs treatments according to physician’s orders and within their scope of practice under the direction of supervisory personnel. In addition to medication responsibilities, QMA’s also work as nursing aides—providing direct, supportive care based on individual resident needs. They promote the physical, mental, nutritional, and emotional well-being of each resident through compassionate and attentive care.

SCHEDULE/AVAILABLE SHIFT(S):
Shift: 7p-7:30a
Full-Time: 24 - 37hrs weekly!
Part-Time: 12-25hrs weekly!
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
