What You’ll Be Doing Champion Client Success
Respond promptly to client requests via various communication channels.
Host quarterly client meetings to discuss progress and gather feedback.
Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and budget adjustments.
Lead & Inspire Your Team
Manage a team of specialists handling ad setups, funnel building, and campaign management.
Conduct daily team huddles and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions for mentorship.
Step in to support deliverables during peak workloads.
Optimize Marketing Campaigns
Oversee Meta ads, landing pages, and campaign management.
Analyze campaign performance and mentor the team on data-driven strategies.
Ensure budget adherence and optimize ad spending for maximum ROI.
Refine & Document Processes
Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Document processes for easy replication and integrate new tools for enhanced results.
Align & Communicate Internally
Share data-driven insights at leadership meetings.
Address internal inquiries promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
Document and resolve project roadblocks with the leadership team.

2+ years managing digital marketing campaigns (especially Facebook/Instagram).
Proven leadership experience with a record of client-centric results.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Meta Business Manager, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and Zapier.
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple clients and campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to reduce ad costs while improving lead quality.
What’s Offered
Competitive Salary:
$50,000–$65,000 based on experience, plus benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance supplements, and paid time off.
