The Senior Global Mobility Advisor manages the operational aspects of employee mobility. This role is responsible for immigration compliance, relocation support, assignment planning, and ensuring a seamless experience for mobile employees. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of global mobility processes, international tax and immigration regulations, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
Coordinates and supports domestic and international relocations and international assignments. Manages end-to-end mobility processes, including immigration, tax, and relocation services. Ensures compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and internal mobility policies. Maintains accurate mobility data, dashboards, and reporting for internal stakeholders. Provides guidance to employees and managers on global mobility policies, allowances, and procedures. Partners with internal stakeholders (HR, legal, finance, payroll, tax) on mobility programs and to ensure policy alignment. Develops and maintains assignment documentation (letters, cost estimates, compensation packages). Oversees global immigration processes, including work permits and visa applications. Supports global mobility projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, or technology implementations (ticketing system creation in Service Now). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, International Relations, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR. In‑depth understanding of global immigration, tax, and relocation processes. Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across cultures. Experience with mobility management platforms and HRIS Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas). Experience working in a multinational environment. What we offer: Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 and $110,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
