Overview Our client, a leading asset financier, seeks an additional Relationship Manager to join a highly successful manufacturing asset finance sales team.
Responsibilities • Identify and prospect new manufacturing asset finance business in the SME & SMB market across the specified regions.
• Target volume of £6m to meet profit margin objectives.
• Self‑source lead generation, supported by management.
• Cold call, canvass, and close new opportunities.
Candidate Profile • Resident within the sales area.
• Background in direct‑driven asset finance, especially manufacturing assets.
• Experience in financing transport, construction, materials handling, or agriculture acceptable.
• Genuine new‑business hunter with strong cold‑call and closing skills.
Salary & Benefits Base salary up to £80,000 and up to £400,000 in bonuses (55% of base, up to 500% of salary). Additional benefits include a company car, generous contributory pension, and career growth opportunities.
