Service Advisor ! Whether you’re ready to step away from the tools into a less physical role or have experience in automotive admin, parts, or as a TA – this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do
Act as the primary contact for customers, drivers, and fleet managers. Schedule service bookings to maximise workshop efficiency. Create detailed job cards, estimates, and manage approvals. Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to progress repairs. Handle invoicing, warranty claims, and ensure compliance with OEM standards. Keep customers informed with clear updates and timelines. What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in automotive service or as a Service Advisor. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication – verbal and written. Computer savvy (Microsoft Office + dealership systems). Why Join Us?
