Job Purpose You’ll be joining a high‑performing team led by Greg Batista and Michelle Abramov, known for their market expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep client relationships across Queens and the greater New York City area. This role offers hands‑on mentorship, real‑deal exposure, and the chance to grow your pipeline through a strong team infrastructure.

You will receive direct mentorship from senior brokers Greg Batista and Michelle Abramov, along with access to RIPCO’s internal research, marketing, and technology resources. You’ll gain exposure to exclusive listings across Queens and benefit from a collaborative, growth‑focused office culture featuring a competitive commission structure and clear pathways for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Participate with senior leadership to execute exclusive property listings.

Conduct property tours and engage potential new clients.

Generate and cultivate prospects for current and future listings.

Collaborate with senior team members and marketing to develop and implement listing strategies.

Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence, including neighborhood trends, comps, and data for target areas.

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or actively pursuing licensure

Strong communication and networking skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to build a book of business

Interest in retail leasing for landlord/tenant representation

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment

Compensation

Independent Contractor (1099). Full commission structure with accelerated splits and performance‑based incentives

Unlimited earning potential – your success drives your income

First‑year earnings for high‑performing Associates typically range from $50,000 – $75,000, with significant growth opportunities
