Vaco has partnered with a company looking for a "hunter" for their National Sales Representative position.

Position Overview The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships across a nationwide territory. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and serving as a key partner to customers by delivering solutions that meet their business needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across assigned markets and industries.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, driving long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with decision-makers.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM documentation.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

8-10 years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a national or multi-state territory.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Willingness to travel as needed to support national accounts.
