Lease apartments and assist with marketing available homes Maintain property appearance and curb appeal Process rental applications and execute lease agreements Keep resident and office files organized and accurate Collect rents and deposits; complete bank deposits as needed Submit and follow up on work orders Schedule and prepare vacant units for occupancy Assist in legal proceedings concerning the property Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections Communicate courteously with residents, applicants, and vendors Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, texts, and internet leads Record all communications in CRM and property management software Uphold Fair Housing laws and company policies What It Takes
1 year leasing experience preferred (AppFolio experience a plus) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs Excellent customer service and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Expectations
Arrive on time and work assigned hours Achieve at least 70% on secret shop evaluations Stay current on all required training Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
