Company Description It was in 2017, Md Ashaduzzaman started his photo editing agency named "Cut Out Expert." At that time he only had a dream to scale without big investment. After hard work and dedication, his agency became established in the global market by 2022. This company only serves international clients fixing their image issues. In 2024, the company was rebranded to "Web Briks." This time, they added software development, web design & development, graphic design and video editing services with image editing. Now, Web Briks has over 60 members serving proudly local and international clients.
Aesthetic Pixel Studio LLC is urgently hiring a smart, confident, and well-presented Executive – Sales & Marketing to support business growth, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a creative and professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company services.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Conduct client visits and maintain professional communication.
Collect and analyze market data and prepare sales reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Management related to sales and marketing.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university (preferably Marketing or BBA).
Age between 20–40 years.
Must be smart, confident, and well-groomed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and work under pressure.
Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Must have a presentable and pleasant appearance.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: BDT 18,000 – 25,000 (based on experience). KPI-based bonus opportunity in addition to salary. T/A, mobile bill, and snacks provided. Sales bonus, yearly increment, and festival bonus. Opportunity to work in a creative and professional environment. Weekend: Friday or Sunday (upon mutual consent).
