Overview Digital Product Owner

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Owner to support the development of innovative digital solutions for a next-generation hardware product. This role will partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver connected experiences, requiring someone who is adaptable, proactive, and ready to contribute from day one. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is motivated by bringing new ideas to life.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Digital Product Owner Responsibilities

Collaborate with hardware engineers, software engineers, and UX designers to define and deliver product requirements.

Translate business needs and research insights into user stories, features, and actionable development tasks.

Oversee Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos to ensure alignment and progress.

Monitor project timelines, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as needed to maintain delivery momentum.

Support the launch of mobile applications, backend services, and digital tools with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Digital Product Owner Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager within software development.

Proven track record working on consumer-facing mobile applications and/or connected product ecosystems.

Familiarity with BLE integrations, firmware updates, and cloud-based microservices environments.

Strong communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) preferred but not required.

Previous experience with global brands is a plus, though not mandatory.

Compensation Compensation: Up to $67.33/hr. (DOE)
