Own day-to-day social media execution across assigned platforms for Chedraui USA. Drive content performance, engagement, and brand consistency. Partner across Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Media, and Corporate Communications. Support business goals across awareness, traffic, loyalty, and promotions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform day-to-day social media management at Chedraui USA, partnering with internal teams and digital media partners. Social Strategy and Execution
Execute platform‑specific social strategies aligned to brand and business priorities Manage daily publishing, engagement, and moderation across owned social channels Maintain content calendars tied to promotional, seasonal, and brand moments Ensure voice, tone, and visual standards align with brand guidelines Content Development
Brief and guide development of short‑form video, static assets, stories, and reels Partner with Creative and external vendors on social‑first formats Support creator and influencer activations in coordination with Corporate Communications Write platform‑native copy optimized for performance and clarity Performance and Optimization
Track organic and paid social performance against KPIs Analyze reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Share performance reporting with Marketing leadership on a regular cadence Paid Social and Budget Oversight
Support paid social planning and execution with internal teams and media partners Monitor spend and pacing across campaigns Recommend optimizations based on performance data Partner with Merchandising and Operations to support promotions and events Align with Media, CRM, and Digital teams on integrated campaigns Support store‑level and regional initiatives as needed Market and Competitive Awareness
Monitor platform changes, emerging formats, and industry trends Conduct competitive and category audits Translate insights into actionable recommendations EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Three or more years of professional social media experience Experience managing brand social channels for a consumer or retail brand Experience working with agencies or external partners COMPENSATION
