Position Summary A Regional Sales & Channel Manager is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue and expanding market share within a specific region by leveraging indirect sales channels, such as partners, distributors, and resellers. The territory of this role will be Indiana, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio. Preference will be given to candidates in one of these locations; however, candidates based elsewhere may also be considered, depending on location and qualifications.
This position reports to US Sales Director.
Exempt, based on the Outside Sales Exemption.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market penetration goals.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize sales opportunities.
Performance management: Monitor and analyze channel sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
Partner enablement: Provide comprehensive training, support, and resources to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
New partner recruitment: Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and access new customer segments.
Marketing and promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel‑specific marketing programs and promotional activities.
Negotiation and contracts: Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Reporting and forecasting: Develop and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
Issue resolution: Address and resolve escalated issues or conflicts with channel partners efficiently and effectively.
Travel: Travel as required for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Sales and Management.
Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Strong communication, analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate across teams, manage ambiguity, coach, and develop.
Experience working in Factory Automation is a plus.
Driven by a customer‑first mindset, with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and a passion for creating new solutions every day.
Preferred
Previous experience in Manufacturing, Logistics & E‑Commerce.
Familiarity with robotics, assembly, sensors.
Experience working in a team/remote/fast‑paced/client‑facing/etc. environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and analyze data.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position may supervise a team of 2‑5 employees. Responsibilities may include scheduling, assigning tasks, training, and participating in performance reviews and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Manager/HR.
What to Expect at Work Physical Demands
Sit for up to 8 hours per day.
Continuous movement, walking, or standing.
Exposed to a computer screen for extended periods.
May require repetitive motions such as utilizing a computer mouse, keyboard, and other standard office equipment.
Communicate with others frequently.
Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment and travel to other facilities when needed.
Ability to travel by car/airplane to customer sites frequently, up to 60% travel.
Corporate office environment – indoor and climate‑controlled.
Frequent interaction with internal departments, cross‑functional teams, or external partners, as well as employees across all levels of the organization—including entry‑level staff, senior leadership, clients, or vendors.
Exposure to moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and temperature changes in production areas.
PPE may be required in specific areas (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection).
Standard hours Monday through Friday; travel will be required.
Field position working on‑site at customers, from your car, and from your home depending on the day.
Exposure to various manufacturing, warehousing, or related industrial locations.
