About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager oversees sales and growth initiatives for H‑E Parts International products within the Southwest USA. Responsible for meeting revenue and margin objectives, managing customer expectations, and driving key strategic initiatives each year. Key Responsibilities

Align sales objectives with business strategy through strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Meet assigned targets for sales volume, market share, and other financial performance objectives. Report to the NA/Americas Sales Manager to strengthen revenue modeling, high‑level planning, and initiative updates. Develop the annual sales budget for the assigned territory. Develop and communicate strategic sales plans based on company objectives to promote growth and customer satisfaction. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement by collaborating with the sales team. Ensure full product line is marketed, all opportunities are uncovered, and aggressively pursued. Conduct internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner. Acquire and maintain senior level contacts with key customers. Update key customer contact and equipment data within the CRM system (Salesforce). Conduct quarterly customer reviews with key customers and support company metrics and initiatives to drive performance. Coordinate customer communication effectively, including warranty administration, problem resolution, credits, and proper quote and return documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate with department managers, administrative staff, and current/potential customers. Qualifications

Relevant tenure and industry experience; higher education degree and/or 5+ years of relevant sales/business development experience required. Professional, ethical, and exceptional work ethic required. Domestic and international travel required to grow and maintain the business within the assigned territory. Knowledge of heavy equipment in mining and construction required. Professional verbal and written communication skills required. Willingness to embrace technology and metrics in sales processes required. Strong knowledge of MS Office, social media, laptops, tablets, and smartphones required. Mechanical aptitude required. Previous experience with Salesforce preferred; ERP systems required. Current driver’s license in good standing required. A valid passport required. Experience and proven record in developing and managing mining clients is preferred.
