Client Advocate
to join our team in
Columbia, SC . This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite work required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
5 years ofIT-related experience to include experience in client relationship, IS marketing, and process/product improvement
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Customer/relationship managment experience
Health insurance knowledge is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Support internal and external customer business needs
Actas liaison between clients and the IS organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
Monitor all IS costs charged to clients to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness and facilitating communications with the clients regarding costs
Supportclients through production issues that may be encountered
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
The hourly rate for this position is $45.49.
