HRIS Analyst
to join our team in
Charleston, SC . This role offers onsite the first 90 days then transitions into a hybrid (virtual Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support for HR systems, including troubleshooting system issues and integration/file feed issues.
Provide support with implementation and testing tasks in new/recurring data integration projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience with understanding of database logic and design, rows, and columns.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, functions).
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multitasking, time constraints, and prioritization.
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, human resources, statistics, or related field preferred.
