We support new construction, renovations, and service work across commercial facilities, delivering quality workmanship, safety‑first culture, and reliable solutions in Arizona’s demanding climate. Pay Range
$25.00/hr – $35.00/hr Benefits

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC designs to understand the layout and requirements of HVAC systems. Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Conducting site inspections to assess the condition of HVAC systems and identify potential issues or malfunctions. Collaborating with architects and construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building designs seamlessly. Advising clients on optimal HVAC systems, considering energy efficiency, cost, and space constraints. Conducting tests on installed HVAC systems to ensure proper and efficient operation. Providing consultation and expert advice to clients on HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting. Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to procure necessary HVAC equipment and components. Training and mentoring junior HVAC installers, sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer, preferably in commercial construction. Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Familiarity with ductwork installation and maintenance. Proficiency in using various HVAC tools and equipment for installation and repair. Excellent communication and consulting skills, with ability to advise clients on system selection and maintenance. Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues effectively. Commitment to safety, ensuring work performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed. HVAC certification or equivalent qualification is preferred. Seniority level
