We are assisting our client in Evendale with their need for an experienced Press Brake Operator. This is a 1st shift position, M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay is $18-$22/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job
Plans details of working procedure and tooling requirements
Sets up Press Brake with appropriate tooling for the part to be formed
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly
Minimum Requirements:
One year of experience in press brake operation
Knowledge and use of measuring equipment (rulers, micrometers, dial calipers, squares)
Accurately and efficiently complete all required tasks and documentation
Must be able to function well in a fast‑paced work environment and deal with a variety of work situations
Communicate effectively with co‑workers
Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate multi‑axis CNC press brakes (familiar with Cincinnati Inc. press brakes is a plus)
Knowledge of material forming fundamentals, die selection and measuring equipment (micrometers, dial calipers, squares, etc.)
Use and be familiar with basic hand tools and measuring tools
Must be able to read, follow and understand blueprints, methods, procedural instructions and interpret visual aids
Must be able to perform basic math
Essential Physical Functions:
The employee is required to sit, stand and walk
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted repetitiously and consistently.
Work involves considerable stooping, bending, lifting and working overhead in factory setting
Work involves varying degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable
Work performed in a fast‑paced, shop environment
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
