to work directly with sellers generated from our inbound and outbound marketing efforts. This role is focused on building genuine relationships with property owners, understanding their unique situations, and consulting with them on the best options for selling their real estate. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will engage with warm and outbound leads, ask the right questions to uncover motivation and timelines, and guide sellers through a simple, transparent, and convenient selling process. You will be trained to underwrite properties, analyze market data, and present strong, competitive offers that align with both the seller’s goals and current market conditions. Engage with inbound and outbound seller leads, build rapport quickly, and consult property owners on the best options for selling their real estate Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover motivation, timeline, property condition, and decision-makers Learn and apply property underwriting fundamentals to analyze deals and present strong, competitive offers aligned with market conditions Guide sellers through a simple, transparent, and convenient selling process while setting clear expectations from first contact to close Accurately document conversations, property details, and next steps with clear, concise notes in the CRM to support deal flow and team handoffs Attend ongoing sales trainings, role-plays, and coaching sessions to continuously improve communication, negotiation, and sales performance Consistently follow up with prospects and manage pipeline activity to hit individual and team performance goals Qualifications
Highly coachable with the ability to take feedback, apply it quickly, and continuously improve Strong work ethic with a self-motivated, disciplined approach to daily activity and follow-up Sales-driven mindset with a genuine desire to master, refine, and perfect sales skills and the craft of consultative selling Growth-oriented mentality with a willingness to learn underwriting, market dynamics, and new strategies as the business evolves KPI-driven and performance-focused, with a clear understanding that success is measured by activity, conversion, pipeline management, and results Respectful, professional, and collaborative team player who values communication, accountability, and shared success Compensation
