This role is part-time, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. The schedule includes evenings, rotating weekend mornings, Saturday and Sunday AM, and 1-2 Sunday mornings per month.
Location: 5275 University Parkway, Bradenton, FL.
Base pay range $13.00/hr - $15.50/hr
Responsibilities
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs.
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
Present available services to current or prospective members.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients.
Enter inventory for retail clothing and other items.
Attend and complete all relevant training programs.
Take pictures for social media platforms.
Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
Self-motivated and takes initiative.
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Occasional travel may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
Interest in health/wellness/fitness required.
