Membership Sales Coordinator
Base Pay Range: $13.00/hr – $15.00/hr
Hours: 10–20 hours per week. Availability: 8 am–12 pm or 5 pm–7:30 pm. Occasional weekend mornings (8 am–12 pm) — 1–2 days/month.
Location: 6745 Manatee Ave West
Responsibilities
Execute sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
Conduct tours of the facility and establish relationships based on individual goals.
Maintain personal sales production and meet monthly quotas.
Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Present available services to current and prospective members.
Book quality appointments to achieve sales targets.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events).
Develop selling skills and adhere to training programs.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Follow up on prospective client activities.
Maintain inventory for retail clothing and other items.
Take pictures for social media platforms.
Perform light cleaning of the retail area and studio.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving membership, retail, and private training sales.
Self‑motivated and takes initiative.
Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Occasional travel may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
