Are you passionate about cars and skilled in managing teams? We're seeking a dynamic Body Shop Manager to lead our team to success!

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.

Manage and mentor a team of technicians and administrative staff.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving for exceptional customer service.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, implementing new techniques and technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

Needs experience in Estimating Software.

Needs knowledge of auto insurance and insurance claims process.

Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on body work.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive repair.

Certification in automotive repair or related field preferred.

I-CAR certified preferred.
