Requirements
Prior experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar position
Proficient in using industry‑standard software for estimating repairs
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating repair costs
Ability to work well in a team and lead a team of technicians
