Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, texts, and emails, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records, track follow‑ups, and manage tasks effectively
Execute thoughtful follow‑up campaigns, including email, text, and light mailers
Support referral and re‑engagement outreach to keep relationships active
Assist with initiatives that promote brand visibility and community engagement
Collaborate on content or messaging for marketing campaigns when needed
Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, processes, and workflows
Jump in to support the team’s needs and contribute ideas for efficiency and growth
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or phone‑based roles is a plus
Able to commute to the office and work in the office
Confident and professional on the phone
Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
