Johnstone Supply is looking for a motivated sales professional passionate about HVAC solutions. Join our team and you will have the opportunity to grow our commercial HVAC business by building lasting client relationships, delivering innovative solutions, and exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for commercial HVAC products

Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, engineers, and facility managers

Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions

Conduct customer sales visits regularly

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and purchasing) to ensure successful project execution

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Work with commercial team to help manage and support clients

Ensure technical problems and parts availability issues are resolved effectively and promptly

Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and equipment application skills

Oversee communication with TSAs’s, clients and commercial sales team, ensuring clear and professional interactions

Maintain sales CRM software

QUALIFICATIONS Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales, or customer service

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computers and different software programs

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

Degree in Engineering, Business or a technical related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment sales in a B2B environment

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computers and different software programs

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Computer literacy with Excel, CRM, ERP, and MFG design systems

Experience coordinating commercial sales or construction projects

Desired

Technical Value or Solution selling experience

Field experience installing, servicing or commissioning electro-mechanical equipment
