Join us in becoming the premier die casting manufacturer and engineering solutions supplier worldwide. ***Summary:***The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for prioritizing, directing, and overseeing the daily production activities of the Assembly Department.
These activities include, but are not limited to, component assembly, thread insert and captive hardware installation, pressure testing, and inspection.
Further responsibilities include:* Overseeing product quality and adherence to company and customer standards* Recognizing and rectifying production and process deficiencies* Ensuring that safety protocol and precautions are followed* Training operators* Assisting in the development and setup of new assembly lines/processes* Setting up machines, equipment, installation tools, etc.* Communicating and planning across departments and shifts* Hands-on problem solving in an array of areas* Managing associates’ time and attendance according to company policies.* Conducting associate performance reviews, identifying performance gaps, and creating development plans.Compensation:$65,000 - $95,000.Requirements:* Strong command of English, both written and verbal* Strong math skills* Basic mechanical skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office* Engineering, manufacturing, and/or mechanical experience.* Leadership experience* Bachelor’s degree preferred**Who we are and what we do:**The Cambridge Division is Pace’s longest-running facility.
