Auto Parts Counter Salesperson
and become the go-to expert for our customers' automotive needs. You'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive part needs. This position involves providing customer service, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge to support our clients effectively.

Experience in Dealership Parts Counter Sales is a plus!
Assists all customers (retail, wholesale, and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Answers phone calls within the first three rings, providing price quotes and other information.
Reviews body shop estimates to be sure parts ordered are accurate and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials which need immediate attention.
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Post offer screenings:
Background check
Drug screening
Non-DOT driver physical
Lift test
