Front Desk Sales Associate with an outgoing personality for our salon. Please note: THIS IS A SALES POSITION. Your focus will be on
converting clients
into members,
selling memberships
(which save our guests so much money!) and providing an
excellent customer experience
to all of our guests. Growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person or by phone
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Requirements
2+ years high-end or membership sales experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation
Desire to grow in management
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Experience working in a salon-environment or membership-based business is a plus!

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory‑based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers.
