Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is on the lookout for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Success Specialist! If you are fluent in Portuguese and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating positive experiences for our Portuguese-speaking clients.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support, guidance, and resources necessary to maximize their success with our products and services. Your dedication to building relationships and understanding client needs will be fundamental to our mission of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for Portuguese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and solving problems effectively. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their objectives and helping them succeed. Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights that drive service improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on our offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Prior experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. A commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to help clients achieve their goals.
