Overview
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in
Salem
and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Responsibilities Assist with buyer and rental showings, create light inspection reports, conduct Open Houses, and perform other real estate tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Currently licensed real estate agent (we can help you get licensed).
Access to the MLS.
Experience showing homes in the
Salem
area.
Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
Compensation Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
Additional Information Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in
New Hampshire.
Full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes are required. If you are unlicensed, Showami can help with licensing classes and referrals to brokerages.
