About the Role

An international vape brand is expanding its operations into Romania and is looking for a

Sales Representative

to establish and grow its local retail network.

This is a

remote, field-based role

with strong growth potential. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a

Country Manager

position as the market develops.

It will initially report to a regional (external) manager.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with store owners, staff, and retail decision-makers

Deliver and manage Point-of-Sale (POS) materials

Ensure proper product placement and brand visibility in stores

Conduct photo reports and regular store audits

Search for and onboard new retail outlets

Drive product sales and grow the client’s footprint in Romania

Candidate Requirements Experience

Minimum 1-3 years in FMCG sales

Experience with vape or related products is a strong plus

Must have retail field experience and client-facing communication

Languages

Fluent in Romanian

Nice to have - Ukrainian / Russian to communicate with the client’s manager

Conversational English is required

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and self-organization

Physical mobility and stress resistance

Analytical mindset and proactive attitude

Comfortable using Excel, Word, CRM systems

Lack sales experience in FMCG or related sectors

Do not speak English and Romanian

Struggle with communication or time management

What We Offer

Fixed salary of USD 2,000/month is a very minimum, more tbd according to seniority

Commission structure based on sales performance (total potential up to USD 5,000/month)
