Real Estate Associate (Junior to Senior Level)
A top-tier international law firm is seeking real estate associates (junior through senior levels) to join its growing New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys with a passion for complex deal work and client service to join a nationally ranked practice known for its sophistication, mentorship, and collegial culture. What You’ll Do
As part of this team, you’ll work on high-value, high-impact real estate transactions that include: Structuring and closing mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender and borrower side)
Managing real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
Advising clients directly, often as lead associate on deals
Collaborating closely with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in real estate finance or transactional matters
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent judgment
A proactive, detail-oriented work style and client-facing maturity
J.D. with admission (or eligibility) to practice law in New York

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary : $235,000–$390,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus : Hours-based annual bonus eligibility

Are you currently admitted to practice law in New York, or are you eligible and actively pursuing admission? Have you independently managed components of complex real estate transactions as part of a legal team (e.g., client negotiation, drafting loan/joint venture documents, closing coordination)?
