Role Overview As a Concrete Carpenter, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping the structures we build. From formwork to finishing, your precision and attention to detail will help ensure every project meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Construct and install formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and care.
Pour, level, and finish concrete to meet project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or concrete work preferred.
Previous experience in concrete construction or carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools with precision.
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather conditions.
Requires standing, kneeling, lifting, and working with heavy materials.
Safety is a top priority—training and equipment are provided.
