Experience in bridge construction, structural concrete, and pile driving Proficiency with wall forming systems (gang forms, handset forms, etc.) Knowledge of form liner installation and architectural concrete finishes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings Skilled leadership in managing crews, coordinating daily site activities, and upholding safety and quality standards
