Responsibilities
Assist customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat channels Provide solutions to inquiries related to our products and services Document customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer concerns Educate clients on how to make the best use of our services Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality Engage in regular training to stay knowledgeable about our offerings Qualifications
