Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Government & Public Sector team. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to government services and public sector initiatives.
Your fluency in French will be critical as you help clients navigate complex information, answer questions regarding public services, and resolve issues they may encounter. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will contribute to a positive experience for citizens seeking assistance from government entities.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding government and public sector inquiries Assist customers with questions related to policies, programs, and services Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with department specialists to provide accurate information and timely resolutions Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service delivery Stay informed about current government policies and public service initiatives Qualifications
Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and a strong problem-solving orientation Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the public sector or government, is preferred Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities Genuine interest in public service and helping clients access necessary resources Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Benefits
