Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! In this exciting Junior position role, you will be the main point of contact for our Lithuanian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance regarding their streaming experience. Your fluency in Lithuanian will be essential in helping our clients navigate our platform and resolve any inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Lithuanian via phone, email, and chat Assist users with questions regarding their accounts, content availability, and app features Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues Provide recommendations for content based on user preferences Gather and relay user feedback to improve our streaming services Participate in training to stay updated on platform features and improvements Qualifications
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and software Benefits
