Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department for one of our clients!
In this exciting Entry Level role , you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our streaming services. Your linguistic skills will help our customers enjoy a seamless viewing experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and excel at providing exceptional customer service. Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat Assist clients with questions regarding account issues, content availability, and subscription plans Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Provide detailed information about new releases and service features Gather feedback from clients to help enhance service offerings Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, particularly in entertainment or streaming services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive approach to customer satisfaction Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support software and tools Benefits
