Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Identify and resolve customer issues effectively to maintain satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to reach service goals and enhance overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about our products and services. Qualifications
Fluency in Danish is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to customer service and problem resolution. Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist. Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural team!
