Spanish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Spanish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist! In this role, you will provide vital support to our Spanish-speaking clients within the HealthTech sector, addressing their inquiries and assisting with their technical needs related to our healthcare technology solutions. As a HealthTech Support Specialist, you will leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, offer guidance, and ensure our clients have a seamless experience using our products. We are looking for candidates who are not only fluent in Spanish but also possess a strong understanding of healthcare technology and a passion for helping clients succeed. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HealthTech products and services Document client interactions and support requests accurately in the CRM system Educate clients on the utilization of our HealthTech solutions and best practices Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and address complex issues Gather user feedback to help enhance products and improve support processes Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and product knowledge Qualifications
